An Executive Producer and Commissioner, Kim has worked across BBC Three and BBC News for just 2 years, creating fascinating documentary content for young people. Themes cover everything from climate change, money, mental health, gender, identity and social activism.

Her work to date has been nothing short of outstanding: 'False Hope? Alternative Cancer Cures' received unprecedented impact across the BBC, featuring on BBC Breakfast, the Today Programme, 5 Live, regional news, News Online and BBC Three iPlayer. The Cancer Act was debated in Parliament as a direct result of the documentary.

One of the first projects she commissioned: ' you Match the Description: Stop and Search' a documentary taking a closer look at the controversial police regulations particularly within the BAME community, was shortlisted for a Broadcast Digital Award in 2020 and another: 'Go back to where you came from', a documentary that published in the wake of the murder of George Floyd, exploring themes of race, white privilege and identity, was named as 'stand-out' content globally by journalism.co.uk

In 2020 Kim was listed as a Yahoo! Finance�s �HEROEs Future Women Leader� in recognition of making a significant contribution to gender diversity in the workplace, and also became a founding member of �Kindfest 2020� the world�s first virtual kindness festival, raising thousands for mental health charities.

As part of her work with the �Women of the Future� Programme, in March 2020 Kim was selected as part of an ambassadorial trip to Cambodia including round-tables with NGOs, government and UN on human-trafficking.
