Victoria also undertakes ongoing, monthly mentoring sessions with individual members starting their careers and leads speed mentoring sessions for groups.

Additionally, when Founder and CEO of the Women in Tech Forum, Angie Vaux wanted to establish the UK's largest technology platform for women in 2019, she consulted Victoria for guidance. Today, the platform empowers women's success in the technology industry and Victoria regularly contributes to its global community. In April 2020, she joined its first virtual conference to advise businesses on leveraging PR for global growth.
